Ineligible Products: Items associated with our primary product line, such as additional mounting accessories, replacement parts, or promotional items, are not eligible for return or refund. These items are final sale only.
2. Warranty Claims and Product Issues

5-Year Warranty: Built4it Ltd offers a 5-year warranty on eligible products covering manufacturing defects or failures in standard usage conditions. This includes failure due to faulty materials or craftsmanship but excludes damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external elements.

Extended Warranty: Customers who purchase an additional 5-year warranty will enjoy the same coverage for a full 10-year period.

Electronics & Wireless Charging Components Warranty Limitation:
While all our products are built with durability in mind, wireless charging components and other embedded electronics are subject to standard operational wear over time and are not covered under the full-term hardware warranty. These components are warrantied against manufacturing defects for a limited period of 12 months from the date of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
