Shipping Policy:
National & International Shipping Charges:
We currently ship to the UK, EU, and select international destinations including the USA, Australia, and Canada. Shipping fees are included in the product price unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Shipment Processing Time & Delivery Estimates:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays. While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times are **estimates only** and may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, and customs processing. International shipping times generally range from 7–14 business days, but in rare cases may take up to **60 days** due to customs clearance or other unforeseen delays. If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, we will contact you via email with updates.
Express & Priority Shipping:
“Express” or “Priority” shipping refers to expedited handling once the parcel is with the courier. Delivery timeframes are **estimates** and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier operations, customs inspections, or local delivery processes.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information is usually active within 24 hours of dispatch. Please note that tracking updates may be delayed while parcels are in transit or held at customs.
Customs, Duties & Taxes:
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or local taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs authorities may require additional information or payment before releasing parcels. Built4it Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs or for any fees incurred.
Damages or Lost Parcels:
Built4it Ltd is not liable for products lost or damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged parcel, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim and retain all packaging materials. If the parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to either **resend the order** (subject to stock availability) or provide a **refund**.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO Addresses:
Built4it Ltd does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Customer Responsibilities:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Built4it Ltd cannot be held liable for parcels delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that shipping timeframes are estimates and agrees to accept responsibility for any customs or import requirements in their country.
